There aren't many dishes that can claim a royal lineage going back more than 700 years. Peking duck can. Considered one of the most famous China’s national dishes, and top one popular Chinese dishes by foreigners. Peking duck has inspired poetry, been a staple for the ruling class for generations, and even has its own museum in Beijing.

Outside Greater China, Singapore, as the only country in the world where ethnic Chinese constitute a majority of the population. Peking duck is also very popular at here.
